White Sage has been used by Indigenous American cultures for thousands of years to energetically cleanse and purify individuals and spaces for ritual ceremonies. Tips for Smudging:

1. Open windows and doors for smoke to clear

2. Light Sage bundle over a flame-resistant bowl (traditionally an Abalone Shell)

3. The Sage will start to smoke and you can now begin cleansing your desired individual and/or space!
