White Sage has been used by Indigenous American cultures for thousands of years to energetically cleanse and purify individuals and spaces for ritual ceremonies. White Sage is known to ward of negative energies and restore balance within a space. White Sage grows naturally in the mountains of Baja, California. 

These White Sage and Orange Sunflower bundles are 4.5" long and have been ethically harvested in the United States. 

Tips for Smudging:

1. Open windows and doors for smoke to clear

2. Light Sage bundle over a flame-resistant bowl (traditionally an Abalone Shell)

3. The Sage will start to smoke and you can now begin cleansing your desired individual and/or space!
