Kyanite is an aluminum silicate mineral with the chemical formula Al₂SiO₅. It is typically found in long, blade-like crystal formations deep within the Earth under high-pressure environments.

Blue kyanite aligns all the chakras, but is primarily linked to the Throat chakra. It promotes self-confidence and helps dispel negative energies. It's believed Kyanite's sharp blade-like formation is used to slice through negative attachments and stagnant emotional patterns.
