Amber rough specimen

Amber is fossilized tree resin in many places around the world from Alaska to Madagascar. Most amber is believed to be as young as 10,000 years old and some can be upwards of 66,000,000 years old! Many of the pieces we sell have small bugs, leaves, and twigs in them. Most of the pieces are around 1 inch or bigger.

The mineral you receive may differ from the picture shown, as each mineral has its own unique natural makeup.
